A Complete Advent Lesson Plan: Jesus’ Birth and Childhood Unit
• This all-inclusive unit contains everything you need to teach about Jesus’ Birth and Childhood. There are graphic organizers to help students understand the content, and there is also a map of Israel and the Mediterranean to help students picture the locations.
• The lesson plans include a PowerPoint that contains an editable packet of work that can be completed independently or collaboratively. Students will read the Bible, summarize passages, answer comprehension questions, and complete graphic organizers about the information.
• Students will learn critical vocabulary and use problem-solving skills to think about examples and non-examples for vocabulary. Students will also reflect on and work to memorize Isaiah 9:6.

Catholic Kids Bulletins
Here are the Catholic Kids Bulletin worksheets that match the weekly Mass readings in the Catholic Church. There are coloring pages that match the weekly Gospel reading. In addition, there are activities throughout the month, along with Psalm copywork and a word search. The top of each bulletin outlines the liturgy so kids can follow along during Mass and learn the order and structure of the Mass. Each week, I highlight a Catholic Saint. These help students focus at Mass or serve as a pre-teaching activity to prepare your students for Sunday Mass.
December Catholic Kids Bulletins Include…
- Advent
- Advent Wreath
- Immaculate Conception
- Saint Nicholas
- Saint Juan Diego
- Saint Francis Xavier
- Saint Lucy
- Feast of the Holy Family
These FREE Catholic Mass Bulletin Printables are offered each month to help young Catholics learn at Mass. You are welcome to print and share with others. If you can afford it, click Support CKB on the left and donate to help pay for the time and effort put into these pages. Thanks!
